First time was 5 years ago, I came home with the most unusual fabulously designed rings. For my second trip my friend suggested I take rings I don’t wear to have Hemant redesign them…. Who would have thought…. I love my new ring and will wear it all the time ….. It didn’t end there. Hemant is designing me a pair of Topaz and Amethyst earrings to wear with another ring… The best bit, these one off designs which are mine. Nothing is too much for the Passion team. The owner Hemant is fabulous. He offers great advice and is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of his Work. I had a few items custom made and he was extremely patient while I decided how I wanted stones placed. His staff are very professional and attentive. They make your visit a really fabulous experience. I had an existing ring cleaned while I waited and it was just perfect again. I viewed some pearl necklaces in the store but to give me a wider choice Hemant asked his colleague to bring more of a selection from their other shops in the same location. I was totally spoiled for choice. Nothing it too much trouble. Hemant and his Team values every customer to his shop, regardless of their budget.
